ENTRY INFO AND RULES
1. ENTRY: 2-MAN TEAMS (thrower cannot be on multiple teams).
2. SITE: LOOP RANCH-TEHACHAPI.
3. TIME: PLAY BEGINS THURSDAY MAY 12TH AT 11:00 AM SHARP.
4. SUBSTITUTION: SUBS WILL BE ALLOWED, BUT ONLY
WITH WRITTEN EXCUSE FROM FAMILY DOCTOR.
5. TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED AT C.S.H.COLLISEUM.
6. TOURNAMENT WILL CONSIST OF DOUBLE ELIMINATION,
CHAMPIONSHIP GAME WILL BE BEST 2 OUT OF 3.
7. ENTRY: FEE WILL BE $20.00 PER TEAM ($10.00 PER MAN).
ALL ENTRY FEES WILL BE IN CASH AND COLLECTED AT
TIME OF TOURNMENT (please no foreign currency).
8. PRIZES: MONIES WILL BE SPLIT BETWEEN 1ST &2ND PLACES:
1ST PLACE 60% 2ND PLACE 30% CLUB 15 %
9. WINNERS: THE CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM WILL BE
IMMORTALIZED ON A CUSTOM MADE PLACQUE
ie: (names engraved) AND WILL BE PROUDLY DISPLAYED
AT DAVES CRAZY TURTLE BAR.
